Enter your correct college or university EMAIL address
when registering. You cannot register with a personal email address, and if you use some other institutional ID you will not receive confirmations or updates.
If you have not yet been assigned a college email address because your contract has not been completed, please email the contact person listed on the class description for information on how to register.

Microsoft Teams Training for CCC and System Office Staff – Part 1 – Teams Overview & File Collaboration (Prerequisite)

Connecticut Community College (CCC) and System Office staff and faculty are invited to this Teams meeting on how to use Microsoft Teams to communicate and collaborate with their colleagues in the system.

This session introduces Microsoft Teams, provides an overview of the interface, and shows you how to create a team for a department, project, workgroup, or committee. We’ll focus on how to structure your team, post conversations, work with documents, and collaborate on files with others. This class serves as a foundation and prerequisite for Microsoft Teams Training (for Staff) – Part 2.

Registration is limited, so please register ahead (and follow the onscreen prompts carefully).

Important information: Once you have registered (as long as you have registered using your college email address), you will receive a confirmation email (that you will want hold on to in the event that you need to cancel your registration). Following the registration deadline (if you have registered), you will receive a separate Teams meeting invitation that includes a “join link” to the meeting along with important related information and attachments.

Note: To join this meeting and have a better experience and full capability, we recommend you use the desktop version of Teams.

This training meeting is only for CCC and System Office staff and faculty at this time.

Please attend this “Part 1” session before attending “Microsoft Teams Training for CCC and SO Staff - Part 2”.
