HOW TO REGISTER FOR WORKSHOPS Click the title of the workshop
and choose the Register icon.
NOTE: If a session is full or closed, no Register link will be displayed.

Complete your registration by selecting SUBMIT on the final registration page. Please use the Help button to the right for any assistance while using the Calendar.

Enter your correct college or university EMAIL address
when registering. You cannot register with a personal email address, and if you use some other institutional ID you will not receive confirmations or updates.
If you have not yet been assigned a college email address because your contract has not been completed, please email the contact person listed on the class description for information on how to register.

Click for help in using calendar displays. Print the contents of the current screen.

  • Use WebEx Mobile app
  • Essential site menu navigation
  • Start and manage your WebEx Personal Room
  • Audio and chat options
  • Record meetings, share recordings, download recordings
  • Share your computer screen
  • Make someone else the Presenter
  • Other useful stuff!

BECAUSE WE HAVE SO MANY PEOPLE ATTENDING, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES:

1. Complete the "prior to the meeting" instructions as early as possible--this will make things easier for everyone who tries to join these sessions.
2. Join five minutes ahead
3. USE THE "CALL ME" AUDIO OPTION so WebEx calls your phone--do NOT use "Computer Audio". 
4. Keep phone on MUTE unless you have a question-- we hear ALL background noise!
5.Do NOT have the meeting on speaker phone. 
6. Do NOT have side conversations with others during the session or put the call on hold - if you need to do something else, please leave the session.
